The Centre of Research Excellence for Advanced Cooperative Systems (ACROSS) is an interdepartmental research centre at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. The centre performs research in cooperative systems related to robotics, networked embedded systems and renewable energy systems. Its establishment and operation is funded by the European FP-7 Capacities "Research Potential" program [285939, FP7-REGPOT-2011-1].
Published: 2013-10-26 at 15:02 ACROSS' Nao robots host aspiring young mathematicians As part of the RADDAR festival, organized by the XV high school of Zagreb, middle school students from all over Croatia will be visiting ACROSS laboratories in the next months. The first group of 90 students visited ACROSS' Larics lab today. The students were greeted by a pair of Nao robots, who showed off their dancing moves and perception skills. The students were also challenged to a series of tic-tac-toe duels. The final score was in favor of humans, but the robots are catching up fast!
