The Centre of Research Excellence for Advanced Cooperative Systems (ACROSS) is an interdepartmental research centre at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. The centre performs research in cooperative systems related to robotics, networked embedded systems and renewable energy systems. Its establishment and operation is funded by the European FP-7 Capacities "Research Potential" program [285939, FP7-REGPOT-2011-1].

Round table on the topic of: 

Coordinated use of the Framework Programme and Structural Funds for research and innovation strategy development and implementation

was held on Friday 24th of February in organization of ACROSS project funded by the European FP-7 Capacities "Research Potential" program [285939, FP7-REGPOT-2011-1].

During the round table frameworks and guidelines for coordinated development of innovation infrastructure were presented from the levels of the Faculty and the University, up to the levels of the city and the state.


Presentations were given by Prof. Nedjeljko Perić, Dean of FER, Prof. Ivan Petrović, ACROSS Project Coordinator, Prof. Melita Kovačević, Vice Rector for Research at the University of Zagreb, mr. Goran Šarić, Deputy Head of Office for Economy, Work, and Entrepreneurship of the City of  Zagreb, Prof. Saša Zelenika, Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport, and dr.sc. Jakša Puljiz, Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds.
