The Centre of Research Excellence for Advanced Cooperative Systems (ACROSS) is an interdepartmental research centre at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. The centre performs research in cooperative systems related to robotics, networked embedded systems and renewable energy systems. Its establishment and operation is funded by the European FP-7 Capacities "Research Potential" program [285939, FP7-REGPOT-2011-1].

During the round table concepts and strategies for regional multi-valued networking of research centers, entrepreneurs, regional government and investors for integrated actions in creating research driven clusters were presented and discussed. Presentations were given by Prof. Ivan Petrović ACROSS Coordinator, Mirjana Vuk, HIT, Elvis Paladinić, PhD Croatian Forest Research Institute, Prof. Danica Kragić KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Prof. Srđan Novak Head of Centre for Research, Development and Technology Transfer, University of Zagreb, and Prof. Sven Lončarić, ACROSS WP5 and Centre of Excellence for Computer Vision Leader.
