Objectives:
- Implement and maintain an effective administrative and management infrastructure of ACROSS throughout all phases of the project. Provide decision-making, quality control and conflict resolution mechanisms to support project implementation and evolution.
- Establish an administrative framework at UNIZG-FER to support the administrative requirements of ACROSS project, and provide a communication interface to the EC. Improve the UNIZG-FER's project management know-how.
